Document Verification Notice
Students admitted to semester 1 at Sitaram Mahato Memorial College should come to the college following the rules of social distancing and wearing mask for document verification as per the following schedule:

10/12/2020 11:00am Prog. Course students from Application number 200548 to 201289.
Students are required to carry the following documents.
1. Application form
2. Money receipt for admission fee
3. Madhyamik Admit card original and copy
4. HS markssheet Original and Copy.
5. School leaving certificate original only.
6. Adhar card original and copy.
7. Caste certificate original and copy.
